Racerrun Game Design

Fully functional multi-player game created in Unreal Engine while utilizing Autodesk Maya, Zbrush, and Photoshop for all other assets and 2D designs/textures. This was a group project with 5 other students at RISD. My main job was to work on the background design/texturing and 3D asset creation for a variety of our levels. My other team members created characters (sketches can be seen below) and tailored them to the designed environments to mimic health related illnesses such as chicken pox and the plague.

My design process first began with sketching possible environments and ideating them in programs such as Maya to experiment with different variations. Once I came to a final presentable concept, I presented my work to my teammates and was given a helpful critique, that of which I built upon and edited appropriately. From this point, we put all assets together and programmed a fully functional multiplayer experience for individuals to enjoy.

Programs: Autodesk Maya, Adobe Photoshop, ZBrush, and Unreal Engine 4
