VR Horror Game
As a final project for my augmented design class, I created a fully functional virtual reality horror game centered around a murder house theme. I began with sketching a storyline and fleshing out the details with a script (here) for voice actors to read from. From there, I modeled the majority of the assets (shown below) in Autodesk Maya and Cinema 4D, ensuring the face count was kept low with a nice wireframe and textured them with images downloaded from Quixel. Finally, I placed these assets in Unity and utilized C# and some pre-made scripts to integrate interactivity into the scene with some creature animations from Mixamo added in. The final product was then tested with the HTC Vive and Oculus VR systems.
The five rooms I created are as follows: dining room, playroom, living room, basement, and finally purgatory
